Pricing questions
Our pricing reflects the time, handling, and care each pet needs. We keep the process clear, calm, and based on the safe scope of the visit.
One household appointment at a time
Introductory sessions for puppies and sensitive pets
Approval before any agreed scope change
The puppy introduction is a fixed introductory session with scope limits. It is designed for a calm first visit, not a full haircut or every grooming stage.
If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.
Yes. If the coat is heavily matted or the requested finish is not safe, a shorter practical finish may be recommended instead of forcing a result.
Share your pet's coat history and grooming needs, and we will help you understand the right service and scope before you book.
